Hassan police arrested one person in connection with the alleged possession and transportation of ganja and seized contraband estimated to be worth more than ₹20.78 lakh. The operation is part of ongoing efforts by Hassan police to curb the illegal trafficking and distribution of narcotic substances in the district. Police registered a case and continued their investigation to determine the source of the ganja and whether others were involved.
